Night guard

Aruba Blue Village is a hotel in Aruba Noord. To expand our team we are searching for a night guard.

Do you like to work evenings and nights? Do you feel responsible in your work and do you like to make people feel welcome? Combine these qualities with a job as night guard at Aruba Blue Village.

What will you be doing?

• surveilling the park to make sure that everything is tidy and quiet in the evening and night;

• occasionally welcoming guests who arrive late;

• be available for guests when they have a question and doing simple maintenance;

• emptying waste bins on the park.

 

Who are you?

You take your work seriously. You like to make people feel welcome, are a good communicator and have a natural presence. You are not afraid to approach people if necessary, but you will always stay relaxed and polite.

 

Characteristics and abilities:

• hospitable and social skills;

• good communicator;

• feels responsible;

• hands-on mentality, no problems with doing extra tasks if necessary;

• speaks Dutch and English. Papiamento and Spanish are a plus.

Contract

• 6 days per week, 9 hours per shift (54 hours per week);

• temporary contract with the intention to make it an indefinite contract;

• trial period 2 months.
